ACJ CADET PILOT PROGRAM

Asia Corporate Jet has enrolled its first candidate into its Cadet Pilot Program. In association with 43 Air School in South Affrica, Asia Corporate Jet Pilot Cadets will complete an Integrated Airline Transport Pilots Licence course, graduation with a frozen ATPL, Instrument Rating, Multi Engine and EASA Multi-Crew Licence for the A320.

Last year, CAE forecast business aviation will need to find at least 33,000 new pilots by 2034. That's arguably an optimistic outlook given CAE’s equation relies on 32,000 of 59,000 active business aviation pilots today remaining in the cockpit. Ask Boeing and it believes aviation as a whole will require 660,000 pilots by 2044, including 119,000 in North America alone.

CAE, a pilot training provider for Asia Corporate Jet, believes meeting the demand will require “bold thinking and innovative approaches” and its this that the Asia Corporate Jet sees as the deliverables of its Cadet Pilot Program, employing and training future air crew ab initio.

Singapore based and holding an Air Operators Certificate from the Cayman Islands, Asia Corporate Jet specialises in providing unparalleled private jet charter services and client-centric aircraft management solutions and independent consultancy and brokerage services for aircraft selection, acquisition and operations.
